Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the iPhone app "Voice Planner" (Japanese name: 声の手帳, "the App") provided by Meteor ("we"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App transcribes recorded conversations on your device, and AI suggests events and to-dos that you can add to Calendar and Reminders. AI suggestions may be wrong or incomplete. Please check important plans yourself.

2. Pricing

• Your first 5 hours of recording are free (time without speech is included).
• To keep using the App after that, a monthly plan (auto-renewing subscription) is required. The price is shown in the App and on the App Store before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
• The monthly plan is unlimited, but to prevent abuse, processing may be paused temporarily if an extreme number of requests is sent in a short time.
• No refunds are given for the remainder of a period after cancellation. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

3. Prohibited use

• Recording that violates laws or public order (including recording others where their consent is legally required)
• Unauthorized access to, tampering with, or overloading the App or our servers
• Any other use we reasonably consider inappropriate

4. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcription or AI results. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages caused by missed or incorrect items. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to network or server issues.

5. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the App, or end the service, when necessary. Important changes will be announced in the App.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance. Where your local consumer protection laws give you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
